do you know what aspartame can do to you??? It breaks down in the body to a substance similar to formaldihide (msp?) I can cause the body to react in ways similar to having multiple sclerosis!!! That stuff is poison!!!

I've done this before with success, just time for another round for a little more success.
It changed my way of eating in the long term. Instead of a candy bar, a peanut butter sandwich was good. Instead of a bowl of ice cream a bowl of cheerios was good.
